Our history
Generativ: GmbH was founded with the vision of making digital processes simpler, more understandable, and more sustainable. What began as a small consulting firm focusing on Atlassian solutions is now a competent partner for digitalization, process optimization, and cloud transformation.
Since our founding, we have been helping companies in Switzerland and beyond to modernize their workflows, from the initial idea to successful implementation. We recognized early on that true added value does not come from tools alone, but from well-thought-out structures, clear communication, and practical implementation.
Today, our team combines experience from industry, technology, IT, and consulting. We work across industries, but remain true to our roots: pragmatic, solution-oriented, and with high quality standards, in keeping with the spirit of “Swiss Made.”

Passionate project and process manager with experience in large and small organizations. Creative team player with a strong solution orientation and a hands on mentality. Always willing to learn and explore new or different perspectives, methods and technologies to constantly expand my skills and knowledge. For me, it is not only the goals that are important, but also the people with whom we achieve them.

Business IT specialist and software developer with many years of experience in agile and technical project management, product development and organizational and process management. Passionate about the Atlassian ecosystem for more than ten years – as an administrator, consultant and architect. I am passionate about technical and creative solutions that bring sustainable added value to our customers.

As a business IT specialist with in-depth knowledge of quality and application management as well as IT project management, I have many years of experience in managing and implementing complex IT projects. My aim is to always keep an eye on the big picture and create sustainable solutions together as a team. Sharing ideas and learning from each other as a team is particularly important to me, as this results in innovative approaches that offer our customers real added value.

As a pragmatist, I love not only developing ideas but also implementing them in a targeted manner. Thanks to my many years of experience in the automotive industry, I know the dynamics of a constantly changing market. I understand the challenges and opportunities that lie within it and work with my colleagues and our customers to create sustainable, future-oriented solutions. In doing so, I always maintain an overview of all business areas – from finance to operational processes. Graduate software engineer with a focus on Atlassian solutions, in particular Confluence and Jira Service Management. In my role as a technical consultant, I support companies in the introduction, optimization and migration of Atlassian instances on a functional and strategic level. A particular focus is on the planning and implementation of complex cloud migrations. I support teams from analysis through to go-live. Thanks to my structured and solution-oriented way of working, I create sustainable structures that are scalable and future-proof. I believe in open communication, honest feedback and that real collaboration is the key to successful projects. My goal is not only to optimize systems, but also to empower people to get the best out of the tools.

I am a conceptual thinker with extensive methodological expertise who always makes feasible recommendations and has a clear focus on results.

With my deep understanding of change processes, my passion for technology and digitalization and my openness to new perspectives and methods, I support organizations in redesigning processes and projects. Through consistent stakeholder management and clear communication, I lead everyone involved to success together.

I am a passionate engineer, project manager and consultant as well as a thorough analyst, strategic planner and far-sighted designer. As an (interim) manager and team worker, I am passionate about sustainable design and the professional and personal development of all project participants. I combine operational excellence with agile methods and enjoy collaboratively designing the best solution for every challenge. I have extensive experience in military aviation, with medium-sized and international airlines, in maintenance and in public administration.

I have a doctorate in aerospace engineering, am a certified project manager and a staff officer in the German Air Force. A results-oriented and energetic doer with many years of experience in building and transforming interdisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions in complex organizations. I am passionate about shaping digitalization – both technically and culturally – and creating real added value for every use case with the right technology. I can communicate complex content in a structured and understandable way.
